Experience

Loukia is a junior partner of the firm, which she joined having gained considerable experience as a tax consultant at Arthur Andersen S.A. from 1994. She now has an extensive practice in the areas of Company and Commercial, Civil Litigation and Private Client with an emphasis on corporate governance, tax and employment issues. Loukia has also advised on the ownership of real estate assets both by overseas and Greek nationals through offshore ownership structures.

Education

Loukia graduated from the University of Thessalonica (LL.B., 1991) and is admitted to the Athens Bar Association (1993).
