Experience
Hara is an associate active in the areas of  Civil and Commercial Law. Prior to joining the firm she was practising in the area of  Banking Law, e.g., drafting  and negotiating loan  agreements, consulting  Banks on inter-bank lending, , advising Banks on the legalization of corporate clients  and on real estate issues,  handling enforcement procedure. She also has a strong litigation background, handling cargo claims arising from international maritime, road, air and rail transportation on behalf of Underwriters established in Greece or abroad and other issues.

Education
Hara graduated from the University of Athens Law School (LL.B., 1990). She is admitted to the Piraeus Bar Association (1992) and to the Court of Appeals (1996).

Hara  speaks English, French and German.
