Anna is an associate with the firm specializing in the fields of securities, banking, corporate and commercial law. She has experience in advising clients especially in relation to capital market issues and in litigation practice in civil and commercial disputes.

Education

Anna is a graduate of the University of Athens Law School (LL.B., 1998) and Queen Mary and Westfield College-University of London (LL.M., 2000). She is admitted to the Athens Bar Association (2001). She is a Doctoral candidate at the University of Athens Law School, since 2003 (her thesis is on “Cross border transactions on European securities markets”)

Publications
She has published the following studies andarticles in legal periodicals: “The new EU legal framework concerning collateral arrangements in financial transactions” in Business and Company Law (ed) 2003, “The outcome of a compensation claim the bearer of a bounced cheque has in case of insolvency of the issuer” published in Business and Company Law (ed) 2004.
